Return & Exchange Policy
  • Returns or exchange are accepted only incase of damaged or incorrect products within 1–3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition — unused/ unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as per your selected payment method:

  • Bank Account Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Online Payment Refund (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, etc.): Processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Note: Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment gateway processing time.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Delhi/NCR: 3–5 business days post-shipment.

    • Outside Delhi/NCR: 7–10 business days post-shipment. 

  • Free Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any additional charges. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
